Refund Policy
All refunds are base on which program your child or your self have signed up for.
Academy Program refund Policy is the following:
Registration fees will be refunded at the following rate:
- Withdrawal 4 weeks before program start Less 30%
- Withdrawal within 2 weeks prior program start Less 50%
- Withdrawal after program starts – No Refund
Registration refunds due to an entire program cancellation by COUNTY FC ACADEMY at any time shall be refunded in full. Should your child be removed from our program because they did not adhere to one of our code of conducts, no refund will be given. Subject to receipt of a medical certificate, injured players may be refunded up to 50% of the fees paid prior to the midway of the program. Our form of payment is cash, cheque, e-transfer, Mastercard and Visa.

Indoor Seasons (UPDATE AUGUST 2019)
- Withdrawal before October 1st - Less 50%
- Withdrawal after October 1st - No refund
Should the league or other playing arrangements be cancelled beyond County FC Academy's control only those portions that were used to pay for player fees will be refunded.
Should you decide to leave County FC Academy for any reason beyond the withdrawal period. No refund will be provided.
Outdoor Season (UPDATE JUNE 2019)
Registration refunds due to an entire team being folded by COUNTY FC ACADEMY prior to the order of any uniforms shall be refunded in full.
- Withdrawal before March 1st - Full Refund
- Withdrawal after March 1st but before March 31st - Less $500.00
- Withdrawal after April 1st - NO REFUND
All Player Fees paid for any Ontario or USA Tournament after June 1st, 2019 will be refunded at 50% of the player cost paid if the tournament has been cancelled prior to the start of the tournament due to weather-related conditions. If the Tournament begins and then is cancelled for any reason, no refund will be issued.
Subject to receipt of a medical certificate, injured players may be refunded up to 50% of the fee paid until the end of June 30th. After June 30th no refund will be given.
